NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 512012CA3882WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-NC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC3, is Plaintiff, and Carlene Airola n/k/a Carlene Livengood; Jeffrey M. Airola; ; Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey M. Airola; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for New Century Mortgage Corporation; State of Florida; Clerk of Court for the 6th Judicial Circuit; and Ryan Ross, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 27th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 466 of Aloha Gardens unit six, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 10, page 69 and 70, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 3424 Nixon Road, Holiday, FL 34691
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
