NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004880-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Edward K. Newman; Unknown Tenant #1 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK E, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1 UNITS 'A' AND 'B' ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
