NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, entered in Case Number 2013-CA-005452-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which DAVID C. BARTELT, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DAVID C. BARTELT REVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST DATED AUGUST 6, 1991, AS AMENDED, is the Plaintiff, and WE FIVE, L.L.C., A/K/A WE 5 LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants, are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on April 16, 2014, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lots 29 and 30, Block 241, MOON LAKE ESTATES, UNIT FOURTEEN REPLAT, a subdivision accotrding to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 47 and 48, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, TOGETHER with a 1989 doublewide GREE mobile hime - VIN#FLFLJ32A10951GH and FLFLJ32B10951GH, Title #47155860 and 47155870 (Street Address: 12911 El Dorado Avenue, New Port Richey, Florida 34654).
AND
Lot 4, Block O, TANGERINE ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 70, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, TOGETHER with a 1981 doublewide HACI mobile home - VIN#GDOCFL32807024A and GDOCFL32807024B, Title # 17884236 and 17884238 (Street Address: 16143 Boca Raton Street, Spring Hill, Florida 34604).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
