Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and Order Granting Motion for Summary Judgment of Foreclosure as to Tenants under Count III of Second Amended Complaint and for Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 27, 2014, entered in Case 2012-CA-000205-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, in which Regions Bank is the Plaintiff and ROBERT H. LECZNAR; MARY M. LECZNAR and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; WJC & ASSOCIATES LLC; MICHAEL J. CADMUS; ROBERT V. READ, SR.; and LINDA A. READ are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of April, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 9, 10, 11, AND 12, BLOCK 81, CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
