NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 8, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-003105ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and TAMARA KAPP, TERRY KAPP, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 78, MEADOWBROOK ESTATES as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 73 through 76, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
