NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2010, and entered in 51-2009-CA-007371WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2006, ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and RANDALL L GREEN; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES INCOPORATED are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 31, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1461, COLONIAL HILLS UNIT EIGHTEEN ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
