NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 51-2012-CA-001844, in which CAPITAL INCOME AND GROWTH FUND, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Ford Swafford, Geraldine Swafford, Cinifinancial Equity Services, Inc., Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida:
A portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 25 South, Range 18 East, being further described as follows: From the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 25 South, Range 18 East, run West along the North line of said Southeast 1/4, 1042.29 feet, thence South 58.10 feet to the South right-of-way line of State Road 52, for a Point of Beginning; thence West along the South right-of-way of State Road 52, 138.29 feet, thence South parallel to the East line of said Southeast 1/4, 315 feet, thence East, parallel to State Road 52, 138.29 feet, thence North to the Point of Beginning.
Together with an undivided percentage interest in common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 27th day of May, 2014, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
