NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000490 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Sharon A. Low; Christian Barabas; Unknown Spouse of Sharon A. Low; Unknown Spouse of Christian Barabas; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; Beacon Woods Civic Association, Inc.; and Any Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1197, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 5-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 89-91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
