NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 11, 2014, in Case No. 2009-CA-10118 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Angela L. Andersen n/k/a Angela L. Stevens, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 1st day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 73, of LAKEVIEW KNOLL PHASE III, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37, at Page 56, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
