PING QIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PING QIN; BOCA LAGO AT VIVANTE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., AN INACTIVE CORPORATION; VIVANTE AT PUNTA GORDA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A BOCA LAGO AT VIVANTE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants,

The Clerk shall sell the following property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 7th, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
UNIT 306, BOCA LAGO AT VIVANTE IV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3093, PAGES 1742 THROUGH 1803, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANTS THERETO, WHICH LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS INCLUDE GARAGE SPACE #14.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
