NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order dated March 7, 2014, and entered in 08-2013-CA-001212 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH P. SIMONETTA A/K/A JOSEPH SIMONETTA; AMANDA N. SAVOY A/K/A AMANDA SAVOY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH P. SIMONETTA A/K/A JOSEPH SIMONETTA; SUNCOAST LAKES SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 7, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, SUNCOAST LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 9A THROUGH 9J, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
