NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 201204577CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Holders of the GSAA Home Equity Trust 2005-8, Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and Shawn I. Ernst; Angela M. Ernst; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1-A; Unknown Tenant #2-A are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on April 9, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK “C”, DECKER HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
