is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL M. SMART, JANICE A. KEANE, UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 A.M. in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112 on the 7 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
