NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-003744 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWL, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9, is Plaintiff and JOAN E. SAMSON,UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOAN E. SAMSON, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 30 feet of Lot 15, and the South 37 feet of Lot 16, Block I, Bears Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 324, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
