NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004715 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2004 MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST MORTGAGGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-WMC5, is Plaintiff and SUSAN K. RAINES, Henry H. Raines, Jr., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
West 50, of Lot 22 and the East 50' of Lot 23 of Westover Subdivision, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 45, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Located: 5211 West 11th Avenue Bradenton, Florida 34209.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
