NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000423 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 11th day of April, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 10, AND THE EAST 35 FEET OF LOT 11, GASKILL`S REPLAT OF BLOCK “B” RIO VISTA ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
