NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007495, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. ROCHE; JUDITH W. ROCHE; FAIRFAX HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK D, FAIRFAX, PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 28 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
