Bugel, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, Toniann Bugel also known as Toni-Ann Bugel, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
