NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000632 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Deborah Sue Stewart and Cherie Renee Shea are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 25, FAIR LANE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1992, MAKE: JACOBSEN (NOT ASSIGNED BY NCIC), VIN: CH13344A AND VIN: CH13344B, WHICH IS AFFIXED THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
