NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-006146AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York AS successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Holders of SAMI II Trust 2006-AR7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR7 , Plaintiff and MICHAEL S. KITE, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.manatee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, April 3, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
