NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002383 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JAMES L. HOPKINS A/K/A JAMES LEE HOPKINS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES L. HOPKINS A/K/A JAMES LEE HOPKINS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 11047 AND ALL OF LOTS 11048 AND 11049, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 41, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 1/2 OF VACATED TELFORD DRIVE, LYING ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 11049.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
