NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004404 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-ACC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-ACC1 is the Plaintiff and NIGEL A. CLARKE A/K/A NIGEL CLARKE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 335, OF 5TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 33, 33A THROUGH 33R, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
