NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2014 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www. sarasota.realforeclose. com at 9:00 a.m. on May 9, 2014, the following property described below, situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY:
LOT 114, PELICAN POINTE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
All buildings and improvements on the property described and all fixtures and personal property which now or may in the future be attached to or used at the property; all rights and interests that now exist or are later acquired in any street, road, right-of-way or right to use over adjoining or nearby lands, buildings, improvements or natural features; any minerals, oil and gas rights and profit; water and water rights, all rents and royalties from the property and any proceeds from the condemnation of or insurance payments on losses to the property.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
