LAMPHIER A/K/A JEFFERY S. LAMPHIER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY S. LAMPHIER A/K/A JEFFERY S. LAMPHIER; TREGATE EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
APARTMENT NO. 425 OF TREGATE EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1275, PAGE 1854, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
