NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 007131 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and J.D. MILLER; DEBORAH ZOE MILLER F/K/A MARTHA A. MILLER A/K/A MARTHA ANN MILLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 14th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 2ND ADDITION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
