NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 22nd day of January, 2014, in the cause wherein Resurgence Financial, LLC., Plaintiff, and Judith Lengyel Defendant, being Case#07CC0641NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Judith Lengyel, in and to the following described personal property, to-wit:

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on, the 24th day of April, 2014, at the hour of 1:00p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant, Judith Lengyel title, and interest in the aforesaid personal property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND.
