NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 21st day of January, 2014, in the cause wherein Whaley Funding Group, LLC, Plaintiff, and Diamond Homes of Southwest Florida, Inc., CCT Reserve, LLC, Park Forest Investments, LLC, as successor by merger with Park Forest Development Corporation, et al, Defendants, being case number 11CA10154NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M.
