NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2014 entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006582 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and Mabel Oquendo; Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., as Nominee For Fremont Investment & Loan; Unknown Spouse of Mabel Oquendo; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1096 AND 1097, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
