NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 008087 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. was the Plaintiff and THERESA CARDIN AKA THERESA IRENE CARDIN AKA THERESA IRENE MARKO, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 68, DEER HOLLOW, UNIT 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 5 AND 5A THRU 5C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
