NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014and entered in 2009-CA-003457-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ4, is the Plaintiff and BRITT E. KUNTZ; SHERI BETZ KUNTZ A/K/A SHERI KUNTZ; SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A BRUCELYN RHODES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORPORATION; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION 2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 15, UNIT NO. 5, SOUTH GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
