Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 15, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 14, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 16943 AND 16944, OF SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 64, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 816 CONSTANCE ROAD, VENICE, FL 34293
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on April 11, 2014 beginning at 09:00 AM.
