NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, and entered in 2009 CA 020135 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and KIM BARRETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIM BARRETT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 2, VENICE EAST, SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 13, 13A AND 13B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
