NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, and entered in 2011 CA 009533 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-AA3, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and GENNADY M. MARYANOV A/K/A GENNADY MARYANOV; LYUDMILA S. MARYANOV A/K/A LYUDMILA MARYANOV; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VASYL HALAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A OLGA HALAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 N/K/A NICHOLAS MAKSIMHUK; UNKNOWN TENANT #4 N/K/A OLGA MAKSIMHUK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 41, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS, REPLAT OF UNIT 83, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 82, 82A THROUGH 82F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
