NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-055960 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jeff S. Johnsen; Mary C. Luz-Johnsen; United States of America, Internal Revenu Service; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3291, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 66, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 3 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
