I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 7 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 52, UNIT 6, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
