AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING is the Plaintiff, and TONY LAPPAS, et al. are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 39, PLAT OF UNIT 7, SECTION 10. TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 7th day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
