NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-0552870 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and LISA D. REESE et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 20, UNIT 3, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 53, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
