Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
A parcel of land situated in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 1, Township 24 South, range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 1, thence run South 400.00 feet; thence run North 89°57'45” West along the North line of The Highlands Unit 9 (unrecorded subdivision) a distance of 4365.94 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89°57'45” West a distance of 125.00 feet; thence run North 00°04'22” East a distance of 350.00 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way of County Line Road; thence run South 89°57'45” East along said right-of-way a distance of 125.00 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way, run South 00°04'22” West a distance of 350.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. LESS the North 10 feet thereof.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 21, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
