AUNGST, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JANICE M. AUNGST TRUST DATED THE 9 DAY OF DECEMBER, 2008; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JANICE M. AUNGST TRUST DATED THE 9 DAY OF DECEMBER, 2008; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 04/23/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
