NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-006847-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-AR3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR3, Plaintiff and Daniel Gato are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 55, BLOCK 4 OF TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 70 THROUGH 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
