NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about February 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-006468-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, John R. Dorr, Jr. a/k/a John Richard Dorr, Jr., deceased, Sandra Dorr a/k/a Sandra Kay Raisor a/k/a Sandra K. Raisor, as an Heir of the Estate of John R. Dorr, Jr. a/k/a John Richard Dorr, Jr., deceased, Tenant #1 n/k/a Chris Wainscott, Tenant #3 n/k/a John Lydon, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
