NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-6640ES/J1 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCITION AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2007RZ1, is the Plaintiff and REESE MAGNANT A/K/A REESE M MAGNANT; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAGNANT REESE are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 32, MEADOW POINTE III, PARCEL “DD” AND “Y”, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 123 THROUGH 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
