Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 02/18/2014 in the abovestyled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O'Neil clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Parcel 1: Lot 458, LA VILLA GARDENS UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 74 and 75, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Parcel 2: Lot 458A: A portion of the South 125.00 feet of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 26 South, Range 16 East Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 458, LA VILLA GARDENS, UNIT THREE, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 74 and 75, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence run South 89 degrees 51'33' East, 61.50 feet along the South boundary line of said Lot 458; thence South 00 degrees 13'17” West, 125.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 51'33” West 61.50 feet along the South boundary line of a Florida Power Easement as recorded in Official Records Book 354, at Pages 698 and 699, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence North 00 degrees 13'17” East 125.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said described parcel subject to said Florida Power Easement. The South 14.00 feet is subject to an ingress and egress easement.
