Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 02/18/2014 in the abovestyled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O'Neil clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 47, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 51'30” WEST 125.15 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 52' EAST 95 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 51'30” WEST 95 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 52' EAST 144 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 51'30” EAST 95 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 52' WEST 144 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID TRACTS BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLAT OF THE TAMPA & TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGES 68, 69 AND 70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
