Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 02/18/2014 in the abovestyled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O'Neil clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

ALSO A PORTION OF LOT 276, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES UNIT SIX, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 83 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 276, AS A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTH 15°12'59” EAST, 97.16 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 276; THENCE SOUTH 89°59'41” WEST, 2.00 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 276; THENCE NORTH 14°04'20” WEST, 96.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
