NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004751-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Manuel Jimenez; Giselle Jimenez; Fox Wood At Trinity Community Association, Inc.; Trinity Communities Master Association, Inc; Unknown Tenant#1 and Unknown Tenant#2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 877, FOX WOOD PHASE SIX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 144 THROUGH 149, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
