Trust 2006-HE7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE7, is the Plaintiff and Gerardo Sierra, Maribel Sierra, Bank of America, N.A., Jane Doe n/k/a Tammy Rebensky, John Doe n/k/a Glenn Rebensky, John Burgess, intervenor, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
