NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-001382es of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF1 is Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, ERICA MARIE SHAHEEN, ANTHONY JAMES MUTO, WILLOW POINTE/PASCO HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A SHANA CHURCH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY JAMES MUTO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERICA MARIE SHAHEEN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 83 of Willow Bend Tract MF-2, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 102-106 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
