PAGEL AKA LISA PAGEL , MELISSA PAGEL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY A. FAMULARI AKA ANGELA M. FAMULARI, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION FO THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA A. PAGEL AKA LISA PAGEL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA PAGEL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot 169, Spring Lake Estates Unit 3 as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 168 of the Public Records of Pasco County Florida; thence run along the Westerly extension of the North line of said Lot 169, North 8940`15” West, a distance of 50 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence South 020`10” West, a distance of 85 feet; thence North 8940`15” West, a distance of 70 feet; thence North 020` 10” East, a distance of 85 feet; thence South 8940`15” East, a distance of 70 feet to the Point of Beginning; the South 6 feet thereof being subject to an easement for drainage and /or utilities.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
