NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 17, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007564-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND, FSB, NOT IN ITS INVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST is Plaintiff and EUGENE P. MARTINEAU, YASUNARI MARTINEAU, SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE D/B/A AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA, NOHL CREST HOMES CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 74, Seven Oaks Parcels S-4A/S-4B/S-5B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 100 through 114, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
